Oversee vulnerability management for Enterprise Technology (excluding Platform Management) and spearhead risk mitigation efforts. Collaborate with global teams across ET, Infosec, and business functions to align risk processes with overarching frameworks. Drive compliance with vulnerability management goals, ensuring timely remediation or approved exceptions within defined SLAs.

Monitor, report, and provide insights on compliance status through regular assessments and real-time dashboards. Refine existing processes to meet evolving business needs and develop governance models for operationalizing these processes within Enterprise Technology.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Engineering, coupled with 10-12 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery, is essential.

Proven expertise in IT risk management, governance, and operational resilience is required. You should possess in-depth knowledge of industry GRAC and vulnerability management standards, along with a strong understanding of IT Operations and IT practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
