The selected candidate will possess strong design and hands-on development experience with enterprise software applications, supporting both on-premises and cloud environments, primarily using Microsoft technologies. You will lead the delivery of solution or infrastructure development services for complex projects, employing advanced technical capabilities. Accountability for the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of solutions or infrastructure is key, driving compliance with and contributing to relevant standards. A full understanding of business and user requirements is essential to ensure design specifications meet needs from both business and technical viewpoints.

Engineer and automate platform solutions to exceed Product Manager expectations. Proactively enhance and implement DevSecOps methodologies, standards, and leading practices. Apply modern development standards, global product-specific guidelines, security standards, and usability design principles. Ensure high quality through manual and automated controls. Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize critical thinking to explore possibilities, evaluate options based on feasibility and impact, and propose actionable plans and roadmaps that balance tactical and strategic needs. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Automate infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep. Manage Azure resources, subscriptions, networking, storage, and compute services. Collaborate with development teams to streamline application deployment and release processes. Implement and maintain source control and branching strategies using Git. Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards throughout the DevOps lifecycle. Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and performance-related issues. Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS). Maintain technical documentation and champion DevOps best practices across teams.

Demonstrate strong experience with Microsoft Azure services. Possess hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, and Azure Boards. Show proven experience in CI/CD implementation and automation. Exhibit proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Possess knowledge of Git and branching strategies. Have experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep). Exhibit an understanding of Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is expected. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ideally, possess experience with Source control Management (Git), Azure cloud, ARM Templates, Scripting (PowerShell or Python), Azure DevOps Pipelines, Agile methodology, Containers, and Ansible.
