Join EY's Enterprise Technology Risk & Compliance team as a Risk & Controls Governance Analyst. This role is crucial in supporting the global delivery of secure and resilient technology services, focusing on governance, control assessments, and strategic risk initiatives. You will play a key part in maintaining risk and control information, conducting assessments, and providing essential analysis to ensure robust risk and control decision-making across Enterprise Technology.

You will be instrumental in the operational execution of risk and control governance activities and transformation projects. Key duties involve maintaining critical inventories like application registers and control owner details, assessing potential risks from technology changes, and performing gap analyses with practical remediation suggestions. You'll also manage project timelines, develop governance materials, and streamline processes through workflow automation and repository maintenance. Collaboration with various internal teams and stakeholders is vital for sharing insights and driving continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business, or Risk Management, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years in technology risk, internal controls, IT audit, compliance, governance, or project delivery is required. Strong proficiency in RACM, IT general controls, and risk management practices is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are a must, alongside experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools. Familiarity with GRC tools, AI governance, or SAP is advantageous.
