This role within Enterprise Technology Risk & Compliance (ETRC) focuses on the operational governance of the Finance risk and control matrix, ensuring a cohesive and integrated control environment. You will play a key part in maintaining the Finance control inventory and supporting our Finance technology transformation initiatives with vital risk and control insights.

As the Finance Governance Analyst, you will lead the Finance control landscape and oversee RACM governance activities. Key duties include maintaining the Finance risk and control matrix and inventory, aligning with ETRC methodology, and managing risk-to-control mappings for an integrated view of applications and processes. You will coordinate control changes with stakeholders, assess technology and process changes for new control requirements, and lead control rationalization and impact assessments to optimize control design and accountability. This position also involves managing the design and readiness process for new controls and providing risk and control governance input for strategic Finance technology initiatives.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in technology risk and controls, RACM governance, and control design within Finance technology environments. Essential skills include connecting business and technology risks to practical controls, challenging unclear ownership, and translating complex requirements into clear documentation. Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, attention to detail, and written communication abilities are crucial. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 6 years in technology risk, internal controls, IT audit, compliance, or RACM management. Experience with Finance technology platforms and large-scale technology programs is preferred, as are professional certifications.
