In this role, you will actively support the ET policy and standards governance process, managing documentation, review cycles, and approvals. You will collaborate with various departments including Information Security, Legal, and Privacy to ensure ET policies align with enterprise standards. Responsibilities include researching emerging regulatory needs, developing technology guidance, and coordinating policy communications and awareness campaigns. You will also assist in mapping policies to controls and support enablement for strategic initiatives like AI programs and enterprise transformations.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Information Technology, Business, or Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology governance, compliance, risk management, or policy management is required. Proven experience in developing and implementing policies and coordinating with diverse stakeholder groups is essential. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power BI, are necessary. Experience in policy enablement, AI governance, or cybersecurity is advantageous.
