Support the daily operations of the Risk & Controls Governance function, ensuring effective reporting, administration, and robust governance processes.

Key duties include: - Develop and manage team planning calendars. - Establish and maintain governance intake processes. - Create and update control and audit dashboards for leadership review. - Prepare regular reports, governance updates, and management presentations. - Monitor, consolidate, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). - Track audit observations and remediation activities, providing status updates. - Produce reports on control execution, certifications, attestations, and program performance. - Generate ad hoc reports and perform trend analysis to support management decisions.

We are seeking candidates with a solid foundation in governance operations, reporting, compliance administration, and data management. The ideal individual will excel at organizing complex information, creating insightful reports and dashboards, managing governance tools, and coordinating effectively with diverse stakeholder groups. Essential qualities include meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent reporting capabilities, adept stakeholder management, and proficient written communication.

Mandatory qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Management, Data Analytics, Accounting, Risk Management, or equivalent practical experience. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting, governance operations, compliance administration, audit coordination, PMO support, or a similar area. - Proven experience in developing management reports, dashboards, and KPI/KRI metrics. - Demonstrated experience maintaining governance records, inventories, and compliance documentation. - Familiarity with administering SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms. - Experience supporting audits, governance programs, or compliance initiatives.
