Join EY's Enterprise Technology Risk and Compliance team as a Controls and Assurance Analyst. Key responsibilities include supporting control development and implementation across technology applications and systems to ensure adherence with EY policies, internal compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. You will identify and assess compliance risks within technology operations, assist in designing and implementing controls, and collaborate with application owners to enhance the compliance controls framework.

This role also involves supporting annual internal audit testing, remediation of compliance gaps, and providing subject matter expertise on technology risks and controls. Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements and assessing their impact is also a crucial aspect of this position.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. You'll need proven experience in IT auditing, technology risk management, internal controls, or assurance activities. Expertise in ITGC, ITAC, and key business process control concepts is essential.

Experience with compliance management frameworks like ISAE 3402, SOC1, or ISQM1 is required, along with a minimum of 5 years in internal audit, technology risk management, or related fields within a global organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in AI tools and Microsoft 365 applications, and excellent communication abilities are also necessary.
