Key responsibilities include developing and implementing controls for technology applications and systems to ensure adherence to EY policies, internal standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders in Enterprise Technology, Finance, and other departments to align with strategic objectives.

Your role will involve identifying and assessing technology risks, assisting in the design and documentation of mitigation controls, and working with application owners to enhance the compliance framework. You will support internal audits, including those related to business, IT general controls, SDLC, application controls, and IT-dependent manual controls. Furthermore, you'll aid in remediating compliance gaps, provide expertise on technology risks, and monitor regulatory changes to adapt compliance strategies.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A strong background in IT auditing, technology risk management, internal controls, or assurance activities is essential. You should have SME knowledge of ITGC, ITAC, and key business process control concepts, with experience in frameworks like ISAE 3402 or SOC1.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant risk and controls function within a global organization is required. Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint and Power BI, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, is expected.
