As an ET BMC - MarTech Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in defining and enabling our digital, data, and marketing technology ecosystem. This role partners closely with Product Managers and business teams to translate strategic vision into executable roadmaps, focusing on a scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled future.

Your expertise will guide the architecture of our AI-enabled MarTech ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of enterprise platforms, data, AI agents, and emerging technologies for maximum business value and secure, scaled operations.

You will own and evolve the BMC MarTech architecture strategy and target-state architecture, developing future-state views across business, capability, application, data, integration, and technology domains. This includes assessing the current landscape, defining transition states, and creating phased, multi-year delivery roadmaps in collaboration with Product Managers and business leaders.

Key responsibilities involve identifying cross-product dependencies, managing technical debt, and producing comprehensive architectural artifacts like blueprints and roadmaps. You'll translate business needs into solution options, advise senior leadership on technology strategy, and define architectural principles and patterns for AI agents, integrations, and digital workers. Ensuring alignment across BMC, ET, and other business functions, you will champion API-first principles, security, privacy, and scalability throughout the product lifecycle.

We are seeking an architect with deep knowledge of MarTech ecosystems, including CRM, CDP, CMS, DAM, marketing automation, analytics, identity, and consent management. Proven experience in producing architecture assessments, designs, and migration strategies is essential.

Your background should include developing transformation roadmaps, translating executive objectives into actionable plans, and leading architecture across complex programs. Familiarity with AI architecture patterns, emerging technologies, and commercial/strategic thinking for business cases and vendor evaluations is crucial. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are required, with architecture certifications like TOGAF or ArchiMate being advantageous. Experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud or MS Dynamics is highly desirable.
