Seeking an experienced ERP Senior Specialist with a strong focus on S/4HANA Finance. This role requires deep expertise in S/4HANA Finance data migration and greenfield implementations, alongside a proven ability to drive process automation. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from blueprinting to go-live support.

Lead S/4HANA Finance data migration and greenfield implementation projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish. Conduct thorough As-is studies, Fit-Gap analyses, and blueprint finalizations to define project scope and requirements. Manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing essential support through Go-Live. Automate financial processes and ensure GST compliance, driving efficiency and accuracy.

Oversee cutover activities and prepare target systems for seamless data migration and reconciliation. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in S/4HANA Finance, with a specialization in data migration and greenfield implementations. Expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, LSMW, and BAPI is essential, along with strong SAP Fi configuration skills. Proven experience in GST compliance, functional specification development, and testing cycles is required. Demonstrated ability to provide month-end and year-end support, enhancing financial process efficiency and internal controls.

Must have sound knowledge of cutover activities and target system readiness for smooth data migration and reconciliation in S4hana Fi (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking). Experience leading bank integration projects for Host-to-Host payments (Direct Transfer SFTP), BCM, EBS, and Automatic Payment Program is highly desirable. Proficiency in handling various accounting and finance processes, including invoice posting, payment release, bank reconciliation, and MSME compliance.
