Seeking a highly experienced ERP Specialist Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for all Oracle Database and Cloud administration activities. This role requires a strong background in designing and architecting public cloud solutions, alongside hands-on experience managing cloud VMs, networks, and security.

The ideal candidate will be adept at supporting the full lifecycle of critical business applications, including installations, patching, upgrades, and ongoing administration. Provide expert-level administration for Oracle Database 12C and 19C, including GoldenGate and Dataguard. Design and architect public cloud environments (OCI/Azure), managing VMs, network configurations, and security protocols. Support the installation, patching, and upgrade processes for business-critical applications. Ensure high availability and rapid response to emergencies for development and production environments. Implement RAC-ASM, multinode applications, and perform database migrations to cloud platforms. Set up Disaster Recovery systems like DG-ADG and High Availability environments. Utilize OEM 12C or 13C for monitoring and manage backup/recovery strategies for both on-premise and cloud systems. Effectively manage SLAs, KPIs, and engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure project success.

Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in Oracle Database administration (12C, 19C), GoldenGate, and Dataguard. Proven expertise as a Lead Administrator, acting as a single point of contact for Oracle Database and Cloud administration. Demonstrated experience in public cloud architecture, design, and hands-on management of cloud VMs, networks, and security. Proficiency in application lifecycle management, including patching, upgrades, and release management. Hands-on experience with Oracle 12C/19C upgrades, OCI/Azure infrastructure provisioning, and RAC-ASM implementation. Experience with database migrations, DG-ADG setup, and High Availability environments. Familiarity with OEM 12C/13C monitoring and backup/recovery for on-premise and cloud. Knowledge of Project Management Lifecycle methodologies, SLA/KPI management, and stakeholder engagement is essential.
