Seeking a skilled ERP Specialist Advisor with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and the Power Platform. This role involves designing and developing tailored solutions to meet diverse customer needs.

Key activities include client engagement, requirement gathering, solution architecture, technical documentation, proof-of-concept development, and user training. You will be instrumental in transforming business challenges into effective ERP solutions.

Develop and implement innovative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and the Power Platform according to client specifications.

Participate actively in client meetings, gather detailed requirements, and contribute to solution design and technical documentation.

Build proofs of concept to demonstrate proposed solutions and deliver effective training to end-users.

Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft CRM functionalities, including plugins, workflows, and web APIs.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required.

Possess 6 to 12 years of development experience with Dynamics CRM (versions 2013 through D365 CE).

Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CE stack and the Power Platform.

Experience with C#.NET, JavaScript, SSRS, and the CRM API is essential.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source control, and data migration tools is advantageous.
