An ERP Specialist Advisor is sought to contribute to critical Fusion divestiture projects. This role involves designing, building, migrating, and supporting various technical components essential for the successful separation of systems. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth transition of OTBI analyses, BI Publisher reports, data extracts, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) services.

This position requires a proactive approach to technical solutioning, focusing on efficiency, security, and performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be integral to achieving project milestones and ensuring operational readiness post-migration. Your expertise will directly impact the integrity and functionality of the divested organization's ERP systems.

Key responsibilities include a comprehensive assessment and inventory of existing OTBI analyses, BI Publisher reports, and data models. You will be responsible for building or modifying reports and data models for migration extracts, reconciliation, and go-live validation.

Migrating and refactoring OTBI analyses and dashboards to align with new security and data access requirements is a core duty. Designing and building OIC integrations, including robust error handling and monitoring, is essential. Support for automating FBDI/HDL uploads, UCM interactions, and ESS job submissions will also be required.

Development of APIs and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation will be undertaken as needed. You will work closely with data migration leads to establish repeatable routines for mock conversions and cutover. Security remediation for reports and integrations, alongside thorough unit and integration testing, performance tuning, and defect resolution, are critical aspects of this role.

Preparation of technical runbooks, deployment instructions, rollback procedures, and hypercare support guides will ensure a smooth operational handover.

A strong foundation in Oracle Fusion OTBI, BI Publisher, data models, bursting, scheduling, and report security is essential. Proven experience in developing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, utilizing Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM adapters, REST/SOAP, file handling, and secure credential management is required.

Familiarity with FBDI, HDL, UCM upload processes, ESS job submission, and import status monitoring is necessary. Excellent SQL, XML, XSL, API, JSON, SOAP, and REST troubleshooting skills are a must. A solid understanding of Fusion security concepts, including service accounts, roles, privileges, OAuth, and basic authentication patterns, is important.

Experience with migrating reports and integrations between Fusion environments, especially across quarterly releases, is highly valued. The ability to support performance tuning for extracts, reports, and high-volume conversion windows is crucial. Strong documentation and operational handover skills are also key requirements for this position.
