Join NTT DATA as an ERP Senior Specialist Advisor and drive critical finance transformation initiatives. This role focuses on integrating FP&A, Tax, and Treasury functions into our new ERP system, demanding coordination across these key financial domains.

Lead workstream activities for FP&A, Tax, and Treasury within the ERP transformation, developing integrated project plans and facilitating regular status meetings. You will partner with finance teams to align planning, budgeting, and forecasting tools with the new ERP. Key tasks include coordinating tax configuration and compliance reporting, redesigning treasury processes for cash management and liquidity reporting, and managing cross-functional dependencies.

Additional responsibilities involve tracking and escalating risks and issues, facilitating testing and UAT across modules, supporting training and change management, and preparing consolidated status reports for program leadership. Program-level duties include adhering to governance standards, participating in cross-workstream coordination, and supporting cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, alongside 6-10 years of project management experience, with exposure to FP&A, Tax, or Treasury within an ERP context. Familiarity with relevant ERP modules (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle EPM), tax engines, and treasury systems is essential.

We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of financial planning, tax compliance, and treasury operations. While PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred, the ability to manage multiple sub-workstreams and diverse stakeholders is crucial. Excellent English communication, proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Smartsheet, and experience working with global teams across time zones are necessary. Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills are also vital.
