Seeking a highly experienced Senior Kronos Workforce Management Technical Consultant with over 8 years in Application Management Services (AMS) to join our global team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, high system availability, and continuous improvement for critical workforce management environments. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to manage transitions, provide robust production support, administer complex integrations, and drive innovative solutions.

This position demands exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a proven track record in supporting mission-critical workforce management systems. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key to success in this dynamic, office-based role.

Key responsibilities include overseeing application transitions, conducting thorough knowledge transfer, and reviewing technical architectures, integrations, and security configurations. You will validate operational procedures, identify technical risks, and ensure operational readiness for steady-state support.

Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 technical support, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes for application, integration, and performance issues. This includes supporting production deployments, upgrades, and proactive monitoring to ensure high system availability.

Manage and maintain critical integrations with HR Systems, Payroll Applications, ERP Platforms, and Active Directory, utilizing expertise in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SQL, XML, JSON, and SFTP. You will also develop and maintain workforce reports and data extracts, supporting payroll interfaces and reconciliation processes.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities, optimizing existing processes, and reducing recurring incidents. Contribute to modernization initiatives and platform enhancements, while actively participating in governance calls and providing technical updates and recommendations.

A minimum of 8 years of specialized experience in Kronos technical support is essential, coupled with a strong command of Workforce Central and/or Kronos Dimensions. Proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL, XML, and JSON is required, alongside demonstrated experience supporting middleware integrations.

Candidates must possess excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills, with a solid background in production support and ITIL-based service management. Familiarity with release, change, and incident management processes is crucial. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities are expected.

This is an office-based role requiring a commitment to working from our Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad locations 5 days a week. Flexibility to support business-critical activities outside regular hours, including payroll processing and critical incidents, is necessary. Experience within AMS engagements covering transition, stabilization, steady-state operations, and continuous improvement is highly valued. A strong understanding of ITIL processes and a demonstrated ability to drive service improvements, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction are paramount.
