You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of UKG applications, resolving complex functional challenges, and supporting critical workforce and payroll processes. Key responsibilities include actively participating in knowledge transfer sessions, understanding the existing UKG landscape, and reviewing operational documentation. You will provide L2/L3 functional support, troubleshoot incidents within SLAs, and perform root cause analysis for complex issues. Your expertise will be vital in configuring and maintaining UKG modules, supporting payroll-critical processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This role also involves preparing test scenarios, performing functional validation, and supporting releases. Effective governance and stakeholder management are crucial, requiring clear communication with business users, HR, Payroll, and IT teams, while ensuring adherence to SLAs and service management processes.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management. A strong grasp of UKG functional business processes, enterprise production support, and hands-on configuration and troubleshooting is essential.

Candidates should have a solid understanding of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Payroll processes, coupled with experience managing critical production incidents. Familiarity with ITIL processes and excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required. This position is strictly 5 days a week onsite in Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad.
