Seeking an experienced ERP Senior Specialist with a focus on manual testing for Infor LN modules, including Warehousing, Sales, Service, and Global Trade.

This role demands a proactive approach to quality assurance, ensuring the robust functionality of our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of Infor LN to validate complex business processes and contribute to high-quality software releases.

Daily duties involve crafting precise test cases from functional specifications and understanding user stories.

You will execute test scripts, meticulously identifying and escalating project risks and issues.

Prepare detailed defect reports and revise test cases based on team feedback.

Modify or create essential project documentation like Qualification Plans, Test Plans, Risk Assessments, and Traceability Matrices.

Provide daily status updates to onshore leads during stand-up calls and track efforts accurately.

Offer realistic work estimates before development and engage constructively with assigned user stories and work items.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in manual functional testing of Infor LN Warehousing, Sales, Service, and Global Trade modules is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in order management, inventory transactions, shipments, service orders, and trade compliance processes is required.

Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C), Warehouse Management, Service Lifecycle Management, and Global Trade workflows is crucial.

Proficiency in test case design, execution, defect management, regression testing, and UAT support using Azure DevOps is expected.

Minimum 3 years of experience in writing SQL queries and performing backend data validations is necessary.

Experience in planning testing approaches, designing, writing, and executing test cases within an Agile/SCRUM development model is fundamental.
