In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing end-to-end Pega solutions, translating business needs into scalable technical designs. Key responsibilities include defining application architecture, developing complex workflows and integrations, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

You will also focus on performance optimization, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure application scalability and high availability. Collaboration and leadership are vital, as you will mentor junior team members and guide technical discussions. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain comprehensive documentation.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with 1-3 years of IT experience in Pega application development. A strong command of Pega PRPC/Pega Platform, Case Management, BPM, data modeling, and integration services is essential.

Proficiency in Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is required. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are paramount. Preferred qualifications include Pega certifications (CSA/SA, CLSA) and experience with cloud deployments, DevOps tools, and various database systems.
