You will be responsible for architecting and implementing end-to-end Pega solutions, translating business needs into robust technical designs. This includes defining application structures, class hierarchies, and integration patterns while ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails. Your role will involve developing complex case workflows, UI rules, and integrations, as well as optimizing application performance and scalability.

Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Ensuring governance, compliance, and maintaining comprehensive documentation will also be key aspects of your responsibilities.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in Pega application development. A strong foundation in Pega PRPC/Platform, Case Management, BPM concepts, data modeling, and integration services (REST, SOAP) is essential.

Proficiency in Pega Decisioning, UI/UX configuration, Pega guardrails, and performance tuning is required. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent analytical skills are necessary. Preferred qualifications include Pega CSA/SA certification, experience with cloud deployments, DevOps tools, and various database systems. Strong communication and leadership skills are also highly valued.
