NTT DATA is seeking an experienced ERP Senior Analyst to provide advanced Level 3 application support for Tecsys Elite WMS and Elite Distribution ERP systems. Troubleshoot intricate Tecsys WMS and Distribution ERP issues across all warehouse and distribution functions, including receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory management. Investigate diverse problems such as transaction failures, discrepancies, RF device issues, and performance concerns.

Analyze application logs, SQL data, and interface messages to identify root causes. Support integrations with various systems like ERP, EDI, and e-commerce platforms, troubleshooting different integration patterns including APIs and SFTP.

Coordinate recovery procedures for failed transactions and manage high-priority incidents from triage to resolution. Own vendor escalations with clear documentation and evidence. Support configuration changes, master data corrections, and release testing.

Maintain essential documentation like runbooks and troubleshooting guides for L1/L2 teams and business users. Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure consistent support across the organization. Contribute to stable system performance and operational efficiency.

A minimum of 7 years of experience supporting warehouse, distribution, ERP, or supply-chain applications is required. Additionally, 4+ years of direct Tecsys Elite experience or a comparable enterprise WMS/Distribution ERP support background is essential, with a proven ability to quickly master new systems.

Possess a strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations, encompassing inbound processes, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and enterprise handoffs. Demonstrated troubleshooting skills across application configuration, transactions, master data, integrations, and user roles are critical.

Working knowledge of integration methods such as APIs, SFTP, and EDI is necessary. Proficiency in reading, writing, and troubleshooting SQL queries for data analysis and validation is expected. Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira is beneficial.

Excellent communication skills are vital for explaining complex technical issues to diverse audiences, including warehouse staff, business leaders, and IT teams. Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes, including vendor support escalation, is also required.
