Key responsibilities include administering and troubleshooting AutoCAD/AutoCAD Mechanical, providing application support for SolidWorks and Creo, and managing Windchill/PLM administration. The role also involves CAD license monitoring, application installation and configuration, and deployment.

Further duties include managing user access via Active Directory, supporting Windows Server environments, and handling incident/request management through ServiceNow. Scripting with AutoLISP and Windows Batch, along with application housekeeping and server maintenance, are essential components of this position. Collaboration with infrastructure and vendor teams is also expected.

A strong background in CAD/PLM application support is essential for this role. Experience with administration and troubleshooting of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Mechanical is required.

Familiarity with SolidWorks and Creo application support, as well as Windchill/PLM administration and support, is necessary. Knowledge of SCCM, Active Directory for user/access management, and Windows Server support is also crucial. Experience with ServiceNow incident/request management and scripting (AutoLISP, Windows Batch) is highly beneficial.
