Seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud SCM/Procurement Techno-Functional Consultant with over a decade of comprehensive experience. This role requires a deep understanding of both Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud, including multiple successful end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will possess robust techno-functional expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Purchasing, Procurement, and Self-Service Procurement, complemented by substantial experience in Payables and Expenses/iExpenses.

Drive end-to-end Oracle EBS and Cloud SCM/Procurement implementations, from initial requirement gathering through go-live and post-production support.

Provide strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SCM, Purchasing, Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Payables, and Expenses/iExpenses.

Analyze and understand the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, including requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching, payments, and accounting.

Lead requirement gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, solution design, and configuration.

Develop functional and technical specifications, and manage system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Leverage extensive implementation experience to advise on Oracle best practices and optimal solution designs.

Support and troubleshoot custom applications, customizations, interfaces, integrations, reports, and workflows.

Conduct in-depth analysis of complex functional and technical issues, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and drive resolutions independently.

Manage production incidents, enhancements, change requests, testing cycles, and application releases.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SCM, Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and General Ledger.

Utilize strong SQL knowledge for data analysis, reconciliation, transaction tracing, and issue investigation. Familiarity with PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Cloud integrations is beneficial.

A minimum of 10 years of combined Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud techno-functional experience is mandatory.

Demonstrated success in multiple end-to-end Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud implementations is required, covering the full project lifecycle.

Proficiency in the core modules: Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Oracle Purchasing, Oracle Procurement, Oracle Self-Service Procurement, Oracle Payables (AP), and Oracle Expenses/iExpenses.

In-depth understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and its components.

Experience in all phases of implementation: requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Proven ability to recommend Oracle best practices and appropriate solutions based on business needs.

Strong experience in supporting and troubleshooting customizations, interfaces, integrations, reports, and workflows.

Solid understanding of cross-functional integration points within Oracle modules.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity for root-cause analysis and independent issue resolution.

Experience in managing production support activities, including incidents, enhancements, and change requests.

Strong SQL skills are highly advantageous for data analysis and troubleshooting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.

Flexibility to work within UK business hours is essential.
