Architect, configure, and deploy end-to-end solutions using the Pega Smart Investigate framework for streamlined exception and dispute resolution. Design and implement automation for core Payment Operations, including SWIFT messages, ACH, and wire transfers.

Develop scalable case management workflows and complex background processing components. Build secure enterprise-grade integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka) to connect Pega with external systems. Enforce Pega best practices, conduct code reviews, and optimize application performance. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers in an Agile/Scrum setting.

A minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in enterprise application development on the Pega PRPC platform, with a preference for Pega 8.x. Proven hands-on project experience with the Pega Smart Investigate framework and a strong understanding of global payment systems and banking regulations is essential.

Possession of valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA / SSA) certifications is mandatory. Expertise in Pega Case Management, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) design, Data Pages, Declarative expressions, and UI rules is required. Proficiency in SQL queries, database indexing, data mapping, and standard middleware connectivity protocols is also necessary.
