Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning implementations, architecting robust solutions and fostering collaboration with finance and business teams. Drive the development of scalable planning and forecasting solutions essential for enterprise-wide financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities include conducting requirements gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders. Design and implement Oracle EPM Planning solutions for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, workforce planning, capital planning, and project financial planning. Translate intricate business requirements into efficient, scalable Oracle EPM solutions, defining planning models, business rules, data forms, dashboards, KPIs, and reports.

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience is required in Enterprise Performance Management, with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting.
