Seeking an experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Senior Lead Consultant to drive our Oracle Cloud and Oracle Cloud Planning initiatives. This role is pivotal in optimizing our financial applications and ensuring seamless integration with business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

You will leverage optional skills to enhance financial data quality, facilitate data integration, and automate tasks. Managing the financial close and consolidation process, alongside project management and problem-solving, will be integral to success.

Furthermore, this role requires a commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of new technologies, and adapting to changes within the EPM environment.

A solid foundation in Oracle Cloud and Oracle Cloud Planning applications is mandatory, enabling efficient navigation, configuration, and management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to articulate complex technical information clearly.

This role necessitates a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA or a relevant professional certification, such as CFA or CPA, is highly preferred and will be advantageous.

Experience with tools like FDMEE, ODI, EPM Automate Scripts, and FCCS is beneficial for data quality, integration, automation, and consolidation processes. Strong problem-solving, project management, teamwork, attention to detail, time management, and adaptability are also valuable attributes for this position.
