This role focuses on Oracle EPM Cloud, requiring hands-on expertise in implementation, configuration, and support of EPM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge in planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, and performance management.

Gather and analyze business requirements for budgeting, planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting. Lead Oracle EPM Cloud implementation and support projects. Configure and customize EPM Cloud applications to meet specific business needs. Conduct Fit-Gap analyses and propose optimal solutions. Design and document functional specifications, business process flows, and solution architectures. Collaborate with technical teams on data integrations, automation, and reporting. Assist with data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities. Provide post-production support and resolve functional issues. Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions. Work closely with stakeholders, finance teams, and project managers for successful project outcomes.

Demonstrate significant experience in at least one Oracle EPM Cloud module (e.g., EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, TRCS, Narrative Reporting, FreeForm Planning). Possess deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. Proficiency in metadata management, business rules, data forms, Smart View, and reporting tools. Familiarity with Data Management, Data Integration, EDMCS, and EPM Automate. Understanding of integrations with Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud and third-party systems. Proven experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user training. Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
