Seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM Solution Architect to spearhead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale EPM solutions. This role demands advanced expertise in Oracle Enterprise Planning/EPBCS or FCCS, coupled with a comprehensive grasp of the Oracle EPM Cloud suite. You will collaborate closely with Finance and IT teams to translate business needs into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions, leveraging your blend of functional finance acumen and deep technical EPM knowledge.

As a pivotal design authority, you will be instrumental in challenging requirements, articulating architectural trade-offs, advocating for Oracle best practices, and providing essential technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Architect and design complex, enterprise-level EPM solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/FCCS). Translate financial requirements into scalable, high-performance, and maintainable technical solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders on design decisions, architectural trade-offs, and Oracle-recommended practices. Oversee EPM workload and performance management, including dimensional design, calculations, data loads, and integration strategies. Lead architecture workshops, establish solution standards, and mentor implementation teams. Stay abreast of the latest Oracle EPM Cloud capabilities and best practices.

Requires 10+ years of EPM experience, with extensive hands-on implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. Must possess architect-level expertise in Oracle Enterprise Planning/EPBCS or FCCS, with familiarity across other EPM tools. Demonstrated success in at least three end-to-end EPM implementations, covering architecture, build, integration, and deployment. Strong functional understanding of core Finance processes such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation. Proficiency in EPM application architecture, integration technologies (Data Integration, REST APIs, EPM Automate), and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell). Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
