This role focuses on enhancing customer relationship solutions using Optimizely (Episerver) to drive improved customer engagement and digital experiences. You will be instrumental in translating business needs into scalable digital solutions.

Manage and enhance customer relationship solutions leveraging Optimizely (Episerver) for superior customer engagement. Gather business requirements, analyze customer journeys, and translate them into robust Optimizely-based solutions. Configure, customize, and provide support for Optimizely CMS, Commerce, and Digital Experience Platform (DXP) implementations. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, developers, marketing, and project managers to deliver client-centric solutions. Monitor platform performance, optimize user experiences, and offer ongoing support and best-practice guidance.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Digital Experience Platforms, or Optimizely (Episerver) implementations is essential. Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Optimizely CMS, Episerver Commerce, Personalization, and DXP platforms. A solid understanding of Customer Experience (CX), CRM processes, content management, and digital marketing workflows is required. Familiarity with .NET/C#, APIs, integrations, SQL Server, Azure Cloud, and Agile methodologies is necessary. Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills are critical for driving customer success initiatives.
