Your role involves reviewing, building, and improving existing operational processes, and developing comprehensive documentation. You will also process inbound communications related to insurance and regulatory compliance, and construct end-to-end operational processes for customer benefits enrollment.

Further responsibilities include researching process requirements for new products and international expansion, providing feedback to enhance internal systems, and collaborating with R&D to automate onboarding processes.
