Join Google's Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team as an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Cluster Manager. This role is pivotal in maintaining a safe and secure environment for Googlers and operations.

You will contribute to building a culture where safety, security, and resilience are integral to all aspects of Google's activities. By identifying, evaluating, and monitoring enterprise risks, you will empower business leaders with the insights needed for critical decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to developing innovative strategies and programs for sustained effectiveness.

Develop and implement robust safety solutions grounded in risk assessments to ensure maximum worker protection across R&D, lab, and office settings.

Create and refine procedures, program documentation, and digital tracking systems to ensure safety protocols are scalable across the region.

Collaborate closely with security and facilities teams to seamlessly integrate safety protocols into daily operations.

Conduct regular audits and risk assessments, delivering comprehensive reports to leadership on site safety and health.

Lead incident investigations, response efforts, and tactical exercises, ensuring campus-wide compliance with all relevant EHS regulations and company standards.

A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).

Preferred qualifications include EHS-related licenses or certifications such as Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional, or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.

Experience managing campus operations with a focus on compliance, research labs, permitting, employee safety, and emergency management is highly desirable.

Proven ability to manage complex, concurrent projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment, coupled with strong analytical and technical skills, including familiarity with AI tools, is essential.
