Join Google's Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team as an Environment, Health and Safety Cluster Manager. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture where safety, security, and resilience are integral to all aspects of Google's operations, including the creative process. You will be instrumental in continuously identifying, evaluating, and monitoring enterprise risks that could impact business activities, providing leaders with essential information for critical decision-making.

Develop and implement robust safety solutions based on thorough risk assessments to maximize worker protection in R&D, laboratory, and office environments.
Oversee the creation of essential procedures, program documentation, and digital tracking systems, ensuring these safety solutions can be effectively scaled across the region.
Collaborate closely with security and facilities teams to seamlessly embed safety protocols into daily operational workflows.
Conduct regular audits and comprehensive risk assessments, preparing high-level reports for leadership regarding site safety and health performance.
Lead investigations into incidents, manage incident response, and conduct tactical exercises. Ensure all campus operations adhere to local, national, and state environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, alongside company standards.
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Bring a minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in environment, health, and safety (EHS).
Preferred qualifications include relevant EHS certifications such as Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional, or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.
Experience managing campus operations, with a strong focus on compliance, research labs, permitting, employee safety, and emergency management is highly valued.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, in close partnership with facility management, security, and business leadership.
Proven ability to manage complex, concurrent projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment, alongside strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency with AI tools.
