Join Google's Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team as an Environment, Health and Safety Cluster Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety, security, and resilience of our operations. You will contribute to fostering a safety-conscious culture integrated into all aspects of Google, from innovation to daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include identifying, evaluating, and monitoring enterprise risks that could impact business activities. You'll provide essential information to business leaders for informed decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key in developing innovative strategies and exceptional programs that ensure sustainable effectiveness.

Develop and implement robust safety solutions informed by risk assessments to enhance worker protection across R&D, laboratory, and office settings.

Oversee the creation of essential procedures, program documentation, and digital tracking systems to ensure scalable safety solutions region-wide.

Collaborate with vital cross-functional teams, including security and facilities, to seamlessly integrate safety protocols into routine operations.

Conduct comprehensive audits and risk assessments, preparing high-level reports for leadership on site safety and health performance.

Lead thorough incident investigations, manage incident response efforts, and support tactical exercises. Ensure all campus operations adhere strictly to local, national, and state environment, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, as well as company standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a comparable technical field is required, alongside equivalent practical experience.

Possess a minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in environment, health, and safety (EHS).

Preferred qualifications include relevant EHS certifications such as Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Safety Professional, or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.

Experience managing campus operations, with a focus on compliance, research labs, permitting, employee safety, and emergency management, is highly valued.

Proven experience working effectively in cross-functional teams, closely partnering with facility management, security, and business leadership.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, concurrent projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential. Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency with AI tools, are also required.
