This role involves hands-on experience in assessing, transitioning, transforming, and migrating hybrid and cloud identity environments. You will be instrumental in providing expert client advisory services while ensuring technical delivery excellence.

Lead and conduct thorough assessments of existing Active Directory, Entra ID, and M365 environments to pinpoint gaps and modernization opportunities.

Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for identity infrastructure transitions, including migrations from on-premises AD to Entra ID and hybrid identity models.

Manage and execute comprehensive migrations for AD, Entra ID, and M365 workloads, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, including tenant-to-tenant moves and domain consolidations.

Provide direct technical support for configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing AD DS, Entra Connect, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and associated hybrid synchronization.

Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to define migration strategies, gather requirements, and establish robust risk and rollback plans.

Create essential technical documentation, including assessment reports, architecture diagrams, migration runbooks, and transformation roadmaps.

Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless project execution.

Continuously stay informed about the latest developments in Microsoft's identity and M365 ecosystem to champion best practices.

A minimum of 4–7 years of comprehensive IT experience, with a significant focus on Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365.

Demonstrated, in-depth practical experience in: - AD DS design, administration, and troubleshooting. - Entra ID / Azure AD functionalities such as Connect/Entra Connect, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and RBAC. - Key M365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.

Substantial experience with assessment methodologies for identity and M365 solutions.

Proven track record in leading transition and transformation projects, particularly those involving on-premises to cloud migrations and hybrid identity setups.

Solid experience managing migration projects like tenant-to-tenant, cross-forest, domain consolidation, and mailbox/data migrations.

Good understanding of security and compliance best practices within identity and M365 environments.

Excellent client-facing consulting abilities, including confident presentation of findings, roadmaps, and recommendations.

Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
