We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to enhance our team in Bengaluru.

This is a technical role focused on the D365 Finance and Operations platform. You will play a key part in configuring and customizing solutions, collaborating with functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

As an ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for the configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. This includes working closely with functional resources to understand and implement required changes.

You will manage the full software development lifecycle, from estimation and design to coding, testing, and delivery of modifications. The role involves developing and maintaining integration layers for seamless data exchange between systems and ensuring the integrity of data structures and architecture.

Your duties will extend to creating detailed technical design documents, developing/maintaining descriptions of data structures, and understanding the overall design and architecture of Dynamics 365.

We require a specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically with a minimum of 7 years of technical experience and proven lead capabilities across all modules. Proficiency in X++ programming language, including tables, classes, and Visual Studio development, is essential.

Essential technical skills include expertise in Azure DevOps, LCS deployment, SSRS Reporting, and Microsoft SQL for setup and configuration. You should be adept at creating technical documentation using Agile methodologies and possess solid knowledge of AIF, MS Azure administration, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus configuration, and Business Events.

Experience with multi-module exposure, including Financials, Trade & Logistics, and Projects, is crucial. Familiarity with multi-site implementations, manufacturing, and finance modules is considered a plus. Experience with medium to larger enterprise-sized projects and customization across multiple projects is expected.
