Seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist Advisor to enhance our financial consolidation processes. This role involves managing metadata, building data management rules, and overseeing the end-to-end FCCS close process. You will be instrumental in maintaining interfaces, dimensions, and business rules, while also contributing to reporting in Narrative Reporting. Your expertise will help resolve complex data interface and mapping issues within FCCS.

This position also requires managing ASO/BSO standalone on-prem applications and processes, ensuring smooth operation and optimization. We are looking for a proactive individual to recommend and implement system improvements and deployed processes, driving efficiency and accuracy in our financial operations.

Key responsibilities include maintaining metadata and interfaces, building or modifying data management rules to align with business needs, and reviewing/updating data mappings. You will manage the end-to-end FCCS close process in collaboration with Corporate Accounting, monitor scheduled processes, and troubleshoot any errors. Maintaining interfaces to/from external systems using Data Management and OIC, along with managing dimensions (including hierarchies and attributes), is crucial. You will update business rules as required, assist in creating and maintaining reports in Narrative Reporting, and help resolve FCCS data interface, load, and mapping issues. Recommending and implementing system and process improvements is also a core part of this role.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining ASO/BSO standalone on-prem applications and processes, ensuring their optimal performance. This includes providing thought leadership on EPM best practices and industry trends to drive optimization and enhance the end-user experience.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in solution architecture, focusing on large-scale, global technology environments, with specific implementation experience in Financial Consolidation and Oracle FCCS. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary.

We expect material experience with FCCS administration, including a deep understanding of out-of-the-box rules and configurations. You should have 3+ years of experience developing system integration solutions, including Data Management (DM) and OIC. Proficiency with REST API and EPM Automate is essential, along with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM platforms and cloud-native architecture. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM modules such as Consolidation and Reporting, and experience with other Cloud applications like EDMCS and TRCS, are required. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and integration capabilities is also necessary.

Proficiency with ITIL and Agile frameworks, including tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence, is expected. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating effectively with business partners and product teams in a complex, global, matrixed organization. Strong problem-solving, innovation skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are vital. Working experience with SQL, data integration tools, and scripting languages is mandatory. Experience in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and user manuals, is also required.
