Join our Financial Reporting Systems Team, a crucial part of the Office of the CFO and Controllership. We seek an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM professional with deep expertise in cost allocation and Service Catalog-based models. This role is pivotal in overseeing the functional design, configuration, production support, and ongoing enhancement of EPCM allocation processes. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Business, Data, Technology, and Development teams to drive efficiency and accuracy.

This position offers a unique opportunity to act as a Functional Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM and its Service Catalog-based cost allocation methodologies. You will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and maintaining intricate allocation models, rules, drivers, filters, and calculation logic within the EPM-EPCM platform.

Monitor production allocation processes, conducting thorough investigations into job failures and data discrepancies, including root-cause analysis using SQL and Snowflake. Translate complex finance and business requirements into practical functional designs and effective configuration solutions.

Lead and support various testing phases, including functional/technical testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release management across development, testing, and production environments. Generate essential reports using Essbase, OAC, and Tableau, while also supporting P&L Management reporting in alignment with Office of the CFO mandates.

Assist with project management tasks, such as assessing reporting needs, defining data and reporting requirements, developing policies and procedures, and implementing robust systems and processes. Conduct in-depth data analysis, variance analysis, and competitive data analysis. Serve as a key liaison to identify, understand, and leverage business-critical information and knowledge. Partner with other Office of the CFO teams to develop P&L reporting that adapts to evolving business needs.

A minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience is required in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM allocation rules, drivers, filters, metadata, and business logic. Strong SQL proficiency is essential for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting, ideally complemented by experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms.

Demonstrated understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, data mapping, and transformation concepts is expected. Prior experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, UAT, and release management is crucial. You will need strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud environment migration across different instances (Dev, Test, Production) is also beneficial.

While day-to-day work may involve independent execution with general guidance on new assignments, the ability to collaborate effectively within a team is paramount. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA (Finance), B.E., or Information Systems is preferred. Experience within Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services industries is advantageous. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite is expected.
