Spearhead the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM, leveraging expert knowledge of its product suite and Human Resource business processes. You will utilize your deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Global HR and Payroll, to guide clients through complex transformations. Lead end-to-end implementation projects and architect solutions that align with current and future business needs.

Develop and refine estimation models and methodologies. Present innovative solutions to clients and prospects, effectively addressing all inquiries. Drive product selection assessments, prepare design proposals, and make critical decisions impacting project success. Play a key role in designing and developing assets and accelerators within the HCM domain.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementation or support is essential. You must possess an expert understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and end-to-end Human Resource business flows. Deep functional expertise across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, particularly Global HR and Payroll, is required.

Demonstrated experience in at least two full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects is necessary. Familiarity with Redwood UI migration is also a key requirement. Candidates should be adept at architecting Oracle Cloud HCM transformations and communicating solutions effectively. An advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP and UK Payroll/taxation processes is beneficial.
