This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and offers a chance to contribute to a leading global technology services provider.

As an ERP Specialist, you will serve as the technical authority, ensuring rapid identification and resolution of application issues. You will develop detailed project plans and accurate time estimates for development, system testing, and implementation.

Key duties include transforming business requirements into technical specifications, coding, testing, and debugging programs. You will also perform unit, systems, integration, and acceptance testing, along with performance tuning and managing integration system activities.

Additional responsibilities involve operational support, including change window work and on-call duties, as well as performance tuning for SAP integration. You will mentor junior developers and provide consulting services for new and ongoing initiatives.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 8 years of ABAP experience and strong object-oriented programming skills. Proficiency in SAP Fiori development (at least 1 year) and SAP Gateway development is essential.

Experience with HANA is required, complemented by strong communication and analytical skills. The ability to write technical specifications is crucial. Prior experience in the retail industry, HCP, or Java, along with the capability to write functional specifications, are considered significant advantages.
