Seeking a skilled Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist to provide expert support for SAP Concur, a leading expense management solution. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of expense and request modules, managing integrations, and supporting various operational and compliance activities. You will be instrumental in maintaining system stability, resolving user issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic global environment.

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Concur Expense and Request modules, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production incidents.

Manage user access, profile creation, and role modifications. Support country-specific expense policies and workflow changes, and validate system design updates.

Monitor and resolve integration issues between SAP Concur and SAP ECC/SAP ERP systems, including interface failures and data processing errors. Support accounting extract processes and reconciliation activities.

Offer support for the AppZen audit platform and Cognos Reporting, addressing user queries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with report maintenance.

Execute audit controls, monitor application health, and ensure data integrity. Prepare support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.

Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes. Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.

A strong background in SAP Concur Expense and Request modules is essential, including experience with Concur configuration and administration.

Familiarity with expense reimbursement processes, approval workflows, and user administration is required. Understanding of Concur integrations with SAP ERP/SAP ECC systems is also necessary.

Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis is key. Basic knowledge of Cognos Reporting and the AppZen audit platform is required.

Solid understanding of financial processes, including expense management and reimbursements, is beneficial. Familiarity with ITIL support processes and AMS engagement models is expected.

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance is preferred, along with SAP Concur certification and exposure to global enterprise SaaS applications. Knowledge of audit and compliance processes is a plus.
