Seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) for a technical role. This position requires in-depth, hands-on experience with the core Finance and Operations modules of Dynamics 365 F&O.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in configuring and customizing the Dynamics 365 F&O solution, collaborating closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Responsibilities span the full software development lifecycle, including estimation, design, coding, testing, and delivery of modifications, ensuring a robust and efficient ERP system.

Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to meet specific business needs, working collaboratively with functional resources to understand and implement required changes. The role demands ownership of the entire development process, from estimating and designing to coding, testing, and delivering modifications. You will execute the full life cycle of software development, designing, modifying, and implementing programming applications. Developing an integration layer for data exchange, considering both new and modified data in source and target systems, and maintaining descriptions of data structures, architecture, and frameworks are also critical aspects of this position. Exposure to multiple modules such as Financials, Trade & Logistics, and Projects is essential, alongside a thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 design and architecture.

Required technical expertise includes at least 5 years of overall experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O installation and configuration, with current hands-on experience on cloud versions. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL is essential for setup and configuration supporting Dynamics 365 instances. A minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development is necessary, including lead experience across all modules. Candidates must demonstrate experience creating technical documentation using Agile methodologies. Essential programming skills include X++ and SQL, with familiarity in X++ code, tables, classes, Visual Studio development, Azure DevOps, build and LCS deployment, and SSRS Reporting. The ability to create detailed design and technical documents is a must. Experience with multiple projects involving customization is highly valued, particularly within medium to larger enterprise-sized projects. Familiarity with AIF, MS Azure administration, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus configuration, and creating/handling Business Events is also expected.
