This role involves working across multiple shifts to meet project demands and requires excellent communication abilities. You will be instrumental in driving SAP S/4 HANA implementations and providing functional expertise.

Analyze and resolve customer-reported issues and project requirements, providing detailed impact and feasibility assessments for SAP solutions.

Develop functional specifications for support tickets, enhancements, and projects, and perform configurations within the SAP SD module.

Create specifications for ABAP developments and conduct comprehensive unit and integration testing, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Perform root cause analysis, documentation, and training, while also offering SAP thought leadership and recommending strategic improvements.

A minimum of 8 years of SAP experience, including at least 3 years in support roles, is essential.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in pricing, ATP checks, EDI, and SAP interface processing techniques.

Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP MM procurement, inventory management, subcontracting processes, and Logistics Execution configurations.

Familiarity with After Market business processes, including Service, Warranty Processing, and Dealer Management, is crucial.

Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required for this role.
