Design and develop custom SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx with React, including web parts, extensions, and integration components. Customize the SharePoint Online User Profile experience for enhanced personalization. Build and integrate Power Apps and Power Automate flows for form extensions, data entry, workflows, and process automation. Configure SharePoint Search for optimal performance and user experience, including custom refiners and adaptive cards. Implement robust Records Management capabilities, ensuring compliance and efficient data handling. Support the migration of records into SharePoint Online document libraries. Maintain and optimize SharePoint governance, permissions, and site hierarchy best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint, SPFx, Power Platform, and M365 services.

Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online (Modern Experience). Proficiency in developing SPFx solutions using React, TypeScript, PnP JS, and Fluent UI. Experience building integrated solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate. In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Search, including schema configuration and managed properties. Hands-on experience with SharePoint Records Management features and concepts. Familiarity with SharePoint Site Columns, Content Types, and the Term Store. Understanding of Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint REST API, and PnP libraries. Knowledge of Entra ID permissions, SharePoint app permissions, and App-Only authentication. Experience with document management systems and metadata-driven information architecture. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
