Seeking a Senior Specialist to provide expert support for SAP Concur applications, ensuring seamless expense and request management. This role involves in-depth application configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to resolve production incidents and user issues. You will also support enhancements, defect fixes, and manage user access and profile updates. Collaboration with business stakeholders is key to understanding requirements and recommending effective solutions, including the support of country-specific expense policies.

Additionally, the role encompasses monitoring and supporting integrations between SAP Concur and SAP ERP systems, investigating interface failures, and resolving data processing issues. You will also be involved in supporting accounting extract processes, expense settlement, and reconciliation activities, coordinating with middleware and technical teams as needed.

Basic exposure to AppZen audit platform and Cognos reporting is also required for this position. You will support AppZen operations, assist with configuration updates, and troubleshoot application issues. For Cognos reporting, you'll support maintenance, troubleshooting of existing reports, and assist business users with execution and scheduling. Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Concur Expense and Request modules, including application configuration and maintenance. Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions, supporting country-specific expense policies. Monitor and support integrations between SAP Concur and SAP ERP/ECC systems, resolving interface failures and data issues. Support accounting extract processes, expense settlement, and reconciliation activities, coordinating with technical teams. Provide support for AppZen audit platform operations and Cognos reporting maintenance and troubleshooting. Execute audit controls, monitor application health, and ensure data integrity and compliance. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.

Proven strong experience with SAP Concur Expense and Request modules, including configuration and administration. Solid understanding of expense reimbursement processes, approval workflows, and financial processes. Experience in user administration, access management, and profile maintenance is essential. Familiarity with Concur integrations with SAP ERP/SAP ECC systems is required. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis is crucial. Basic knowledge of Cognos Reporting and the AppZen audit platform is necessary. Familiarity with ITIL support processes and AMS engagement models is expected. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance is preferred. SAP Concur certification and exposure to global enterprise SaaS applications are advantageous.
