As a SAP Security Consultant, you will provide essential end-user support for SAP applications, translate business needs into technical requirements, and participate in application implementations. You will be responsible for testing end-user processes, running reports, and assisting with client inquiries. Your role will involve developing customized queries and reports, analyzing business needs, and logging/tracking issues with vendors.

Key duties include interacting directly with clients to gather requirements, understanding and managing issues related to SAP GRC and SAP Security across multiple modules. You will be expected to work flexible shifts and collaborate effectively with both technical IT resources and non-technical business users.

We are seeking a SAP Security Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least two full implementations of SAP GRC. A strong understanding of system development methodology, project management, and system architecture is essential. You should possess demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex IT and business challenges.

Exceptional communication and influencing skills are required to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. A solid client service attitude, coupled with excellent organizational and time management abilities, will be crucial for success. The role requires flexibility to work in multiple shifts (6 AM - 2 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, 10 PM - 6 AM), swapping as per project demands, and interacting directly with US clients for requirement gathering.
