Seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor specializing in Payroll Functional aspects, specifically with Oracle Cloud HCM. This role involves deep expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong focus on UK Payroll and taxation.

Key responsibilities include leveraging expert knowledge of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and end-to-end HR business flows. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of contributing to full lifecycle implementation projects.

Drive Oracle Cloud HCM transformations by architecting solutions and presenting them effectively to clients. You will lead product selection assessments, prepare detailed design proposals, and make critical decisions impacting project success.

Your contributions will include leading the design and development of assets and accelerators within the HCM domain. Experience with Redwood UI migration is also desirable.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM. Must possess an advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud UK Payroll and taxation processes, along with expert knowledge of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and HR end-to-end business flows.

Proven functional expertise in multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Global HR and Payroll, is essential. Experience in at least two full lifecycle implementation projects as an Oracle Cloud HCM owner is expected. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP solutions and Redwood UI migration is a plus.
