NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor with expertise in PeopleSoft and Database Administration to ensure the high availability, peak performance, and data integrity of our PeopleSoft FSCM environments. This role involves managing and securing both production and non-production instances, bridging infrastructure, middleware, and database layers to support ongoing projects and daily operations. Key responsibilities include architecting, configuring, tuning, and monitoring WebLogic and Tuxedo application servers, along with Open Search and batch schedulers. You will establish automated PeopleSoft environment cloning, manage on-premises Linux systems integrated with cloud infrastructure (OCI/AWS), and design robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery architectures using Oracle technologies. Scripting in Linux shell or Python will be crucial for automating operational tasks. Managing Phire Application Lifecycle Management for object migrations and deployments, alongside configuring and securing third-party integrations, will be essential. This role also entails performing PeopleSoft software installations, upgrades, patching (including PUM Images), and serving as a PeopleSoft DBA for performance tuning and structural changes. Implementing comprehensive application security, monitoring Oracle updates, and debugging infrastructure issues are also core duties. Additionally, you will support critical 24/7 operations through on-call rotations and participate in full application upgrades and infrastructure transitions.

A minimum of 8 years of dedicated experience in PeopleSoft Administration and Database Administration is required. Deep hands-on experience with Phire ALM for migrations, tracking, and compliance is essential. Proficiency with PeopleTools 8.61/8.62+, including Fluid UI, Integration Broker, and PUM, is necessary. You should possess 5+ years of experience administering Oracle Database versions 26ai/23ai/19c, including Oracle RAC, RMAN, and applying Critical Patch Updates. A strong understanding of Linux and Windows Server architecture, coupled with hands-on administration of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS services integrated with on-prem data centers, is also a must. Candidates must be willing to work from the office five days a week in Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad, with flexibility for business-critical activities outside regular hours.
