Seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of experience to drive Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. This role encompasses expertise in Core HR, Payroll, intricate integrations, data conversion strategies, comprehensive testing, seamless deployment, and post-launch hypercare.

We are looking for a candidate with proven hands-on experience in Oracle HCM technical components, including BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and data handling via HDL/HSDL. A strong command over Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and Fast Formulas is essential. The position involves critical support for Core HR and Payroll data migration, integration issue resolution, payroll verification, and ongoing production support.

Architect, build, test, deploy, and support robust Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions, focusing on Core HR and Payroll functionalities.

Develop and refine Oracle HCM integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, and various file-based interfaces. Craft and debug Fast Formulas for Payroll and related modules like Absence, Benefits, and Compensation.

Construct and maintain HCM Extracts for diverse reporting needs, including employee data, payroll, statutory reporting, and outbound feeds. Execute HDL/HSDL data conversion and migration tasks for Core HR and Payroll.

Perform data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, mock conversions, reconciliation, cutover, and provide essential post-go-live support. Migrate and validate critical employee data, workforce structures, and payroll elements.

Develop and manage BI Publisher reports, data models, and associated templates. Create OTBI reports, dashboards, and subject-area queries. Update existing reports and integrations as environmental configurations change.

Support SIT, UAT, payroll validation, defect resolution, and hypercare phases. Monitor scheduled processes, integration runs, and error logs for proactive issue identification. Produce detailed technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment guides.

Assist with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, regression testing, and necessary technical remediation.

A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations is required.

Demonstrated expertise in Core HR, Payroll, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and Fast Formulas.

Proven ability to support data migration, integration remediation, payroll validation, and production support.

Experience in developing and maintaining technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment guides.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, regression testing, and technical remediation activities.
