NTT DATA is seeking an innovative and passionate Enterprise Resource Planning Advisor to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. As an Oracle Financial Planning Lead, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Oracle FCCS platform. Your expertise will ensure the seamless execution of financial processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and deployed solutions.

Key responsibilities include maintaining metadata and interfaces, building and modifying Data Management rules, and reviewing/updating data mappings to align with evolving business needs.

You will manage the end-to-end FCCS close process in collaboration with Corporate Accounting, monitor scheduled processes for errors, and maintain interfaces to/from external systems. This includes managing dimensions, updating business rules, and assisting with issue resolution for FCCS data interfaces.

Additional duties involve creating and maintaining reports in Narrative Reporting, recommending and implementing system improvements, and maintaining ASO/BSO standalone on-prem applications and processes. Providing thought leadership on EPM best practices and industry trends to enhance user experience is also a core function.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a focus on solution architecture and financial consolidation using Oracle FCCS. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary.

Essential qualifications include material experience with FCCS administration, including in-depth knowledge of out-of-the-box rules and configurations. Proficiency in developing system integration solutions like Data Management (DM) and OIC is crucial, alongside experience with REST API and EPM Automate.

We seek deep understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM platforms, cloud-native architecture, and Oracle Cloud EPM modules (Consolidation, Reporting). Experience with other cloud applications (EDMCS, TRCS), Oracle Cloud infrastructure, and integration capabilities is beneficial. Familiarity with ITIL and Agile frameworks (JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence) is expected.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborating with business partners and articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with SQL, data integration tools, scripting languages, and creating detailed technical documentation is also required.
