Architect, design, and develop enterprise-grade solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Lead technical design discussions and define the architecture for Power Platform initiatives. Develop integrations with SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services, and third-party applications. Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols, including Azure AD, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and JWT. Build advanced Power Automate workflows to automate complex business processes. Define and enforce governance, security, and best practices for Power Platform deployments. Optimize application performance and resolve intricate production issues. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required. Possess at least 8 years of comprehensive software development experience. Have a minimum of 5 years of specialized experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is essential. Solid understanding of SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and database design principles. Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and building custom connectors. Expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD) authentication, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT. Strong knowledge of Power Platform administration, data modeling, and reporting is crucial. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong analytical aptitude are expected. Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, authorization, and API security is necessary.
