Join our Financial Reporting Systems Team, a vital part of the Office of the CFO and Controllership. We are seeking an experienced Associate II for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM, specializing in cost allocation and Service Catalog-based models. With 8-10+ years of experience, you will lead functional design, configuration, production support, and continuous improvement of EPCM allocation processes, collaborating closely with Finance, Business, Data, Technology, and Development teams.

As a Functional SME, you will be responsible for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM and Service Catalog-based cost allocation. This includes designing, configuring, and maintaining allocation models, rules, drivers, filters, and calculation logic. You will also monitor production processes, investigate job failures, and perform root-cause analysis using SQL and Snowflake. Your role involves translating business requirements into functional designs, leading testing phases, and creating reports using Essbase, OAC, and Tableau. Assistance with project management, data analysis, and serving as a liaison for business-critical information are also key aspects of this position.

We require a minimum of 8-10 years of dedicated experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM-EPCM. Essential skills include hands-on configuration of EPM-EPCM allocation rules, drivers, filters, and metadata, alongside strong SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting, preferably with Snowflake. A solid understanding of ETL/ELT, data integration, and data mapping is crucial. Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, UAT, and release management is expected. You should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with familiarity in Oracle EPM Cloud environment migration.

While a Bachelor’s degree in finance, an MBA (Fin), or a B.E. is preferred, relevant experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services is highly valued. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office suite is a must. Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities are essential. Demonstrated strength in analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities, are key attributes for success in this role.
